RETURN POLICY OF BESTORQ INC.
1. Bestorq Inc. shall not be liable or deemed in default for failure to deliver or delay in delivery due to any cause beyond its reasonable control.

2. All orders, contracts, specifications, and product constructions are subject to changes which may be required to comply with applicable law or government order, regulation, or restriction.

3. All products sold are first grade and new. Due to the variety of applications and conditions that this product may encounter, no warranty of any kind whatsoever, either oral or written is either expressed or implied for the performance of this product. Products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. Bestorq Inc. shall not be liable for special and/or consequential damages, even if Bestorq Inc. has been notified of the potential of such loss or claim.

4. Product will be replaced, free of charge, if it is found to be defective in materials or workmanship within 90 days from the date of purchase.

5. A product may be returned within 6 months of purchase if not defective, but a RGA number must be requested by calling customer service toll free, 1.877.773.9966; at BESTORQ Inc. There will be a 15-25% restocking fee and all return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. All product returned must be new and unused. Cut belts, such as banded and timing, can only be returned with approval.
